Review on SmoTecQ by Patrick Gibb

I was delighted to discover SmoTecQ and its offerings as an avid online shopper. Unfortunately, my most recent interaction with the company has left me really dissatisfied. To begin, the website is badly made and confusing to use. It took me forever to track out the precise instrument I needed, and even then, the product description was insufficient and raised more issues than it solved. Second, the item's quality was low and its attributes were not as described. It was not my fault that the product was subpar, yet I was still forced to return it and pay a large restocking fee. SmoTecQ's terrible support for existing customers is only adding insult to injury. I reached out to them to see if we could work out the problem, but they were useless and condescending in their reply. They seemed less concerned with helping their customers than earning a fast buck. My time spent with SmoTecQ as a whole has been disappointing. I will not be shopping at this online site again and will not be recommending it to anyone.
