I like the product and the price is good. When I opened it it was in the packaging but when I opened it I noticed there was something inside that wasn't dry. Otherwise the stretcher is fine except for the strong smell. I'm sure it will go away after washing. I was thinking of returning it because it has stuff on it, but it's too late because I have a flight to catch. I hope a good wash will calm me down. UPDATE: My cat managed to open the bag twice in two different places on the plane. The most embarrassing thing in my life is jumping over people who are sitting in rows, back and forth down the aisle trying to catch him. My cat is quite large, about 13 pounds skinny. Maybe this is more suitable for small cats. I bought the same carrier (different brand) for my other cat, much smaller, and it worked fine.
