We have just adopted a new kitten and we are out of carrier. Bought this one after reading the reviews. Very satisfied. It's easy to install, holds its shape well, and is easy to take with your kitty. When we got home I folded it back for easy storage. When it arrived it smelled strong. I opened it right away. Luckily we had a few days before picking up our kitty so it was well ventilated. I would suggest getting it a bit earlier than you need to take your pet anywhere for that one reason.

I like the product and the price is good. When I opened it it was in the packaging but when I opened it I noticed there was something inside that wasn't dry. Otherwise the stretcher is fine except for the strong smell. I'm sure it will go away after washing. This is a great carrier! I bought the medium size and it's roomy enough for my 13 lb cat and 13 lb dog. Neither my dog nor my cat can open the zippers and the fabric and mesh are tear-resistant. Trust me both pets tried to get out. Overall it is very well built. It opens easily and folds for storage. There was a slight chemical smell but dissipated within a day of opening.
