I was unsure about buying what I thought were very expensive measuring cups and measuring spoons. Do they measure things, how expensive do they have to be to get the job done? I've been using the wrong "set" for years and a few parts were missing. I am very happy with this purchase. The cups fit very well and are comfortable in the hand. I like the little thing on the mug that sticks out because it rests on top of the mug when I'm pouring something custom into the mug. I found that each spoon goes with every spice jar I've used (even a tablespoon). Maybe my spice jars are bigger than other reviewers? I've been arguing about leaving the chain on the spoons because I don't want to lose any of them. But in the end I decided to drop it. It was tedious to wash them all when only one was being used, and tedious to measure things when they were all attached. I hope I don't regret this decision! The spoons are very heavy, but not heavy. To complete a purchase that I was already happy with, I received an email today from the company asking how they are working for me! I like it when a company takes an individual approach to purchasing. (Whether it's a follow-up email or a handwritten note included in the package.) Well done.
