Review on Zinus Stairs Ladder X Large Charcoal by Heather Marie

I love these stairs, they look so much better than the custom wooden stairs we have used for 6 years. My dog is getting older and I recently noticed that while he is good at climbing his old set of stairs, he seemed afraid to go down them as they were quite steep and narrow. Steep and narrow worked well when it was a young, skinny dog, but as it got heavier, even as a small dog, it can lose its balance. These steps are quite large - they are too big for very small dogs like Chihuahuas. . It works better with the 4-stage foam it originally had, although they look better. Their size should be suitable for medium or large dogs that are not elderly or crippled, but they are too large for small dogs. I should have returned them when I found out but we had a canine health emergency this week. I thought this ladder was made up of 4 separate covered cushions, but it's not. Two of the pillows were already in the zipped bag and the other two tiers of foam were in the box. They were very easy to put on and attach. They move around a bit when my small dog uses them so I attached the mat anchors to the two front corners and that seemed to stabilize them on the carpet. These steps will be attractive in any room setting and you will not be disappointed in their quality if your dog gets to use them. Highly recommended.
