This is a pretty decent job of heating a small space. It helped a bit when a mega snow/cold storm hit Texas this winter. I would recommend it to those who are on a tight budget and want to heat a small space. I like the safety feature: If it tips over, the sensitive "legs" retract and it switches off automatically. A great idea for those with pets or children (although they shouldn't be roaming free anyway) but just a great general safety idea. ') basically just makes noise. I bring it right up to my face and I don't feel any air movement at all. Rschunimagu. But as I said, it heats a small room well and costs about $25 including shipping (maybe even cheaper). 2 thumbs up.
