. a bit big for woman hands and I don't like the white gel pads on the knuckles

size M was too big for woman hands and I don't like the white gel pads on the knuckles. I ended up taking them off as they are for body combat and it looked weird. The wrist protection was perfect for a real hit of the bag and pad, but not as good because the exposed Velcro catches on the fabric too easily. I would end up cutting off the outer long wrist wrap and leaving the tape on the bottom of the wrist but then it loses color and isn't as protective. I generally keep them but only use them occasionally.
