Review on 🔧 Coogam Electric Construction Building Screwdriver by Mark Powell

I am buying this toy for my grandson (3.5 years old) and because of the good reviews. When my grandson opened the box and tried to put the parts together, part of the car was already assembled. Looks like someone has already used it and played with it and then returned it because the car's roof was slightly scratched. Also there were 3 extra screws, one missing part and the battery was dead because we need to put new batteries in the car for the light and sound to play. This is very disappointing, otherwise my grandson could build a great racing car. So this means that the seller is selling the used toy as new.
