Review on K914 Evolution Drilled Slotted Ceramic by Sin Gabriel

Installed on 2001 Audi TT Quattro Roadster. Fits perfectly, easy to fit. Did the recommended break-in period verbatim and then rode for a week to ensure rotors and pads were properly connected. Tested stopping distance compared to worn semi-metal pads replaced with these ceramic pads. Fail. These pads added 15 feet to my 60-0 stopping distance. I don't care if those brakes are less dusty if that extra 15 feet gets me under a trailer on an emergency stop. Went back to premium semi-metal pads with perforated and slotted PowerStop rotors and immediately noticed a significant improvement in initial bite and stopping distance. The PowerStop rotors are great, the ceramic pads not so much. Do yourself a favor, buy PowerStop rotors, stay away from ceramic pads.
