Not "safe " as the name suggests

One side is really well wound material (no bristles) and should clean the grate perfectly. The other side still has those nasty bristles that can and will fall out. They can become embedded in food and get inside. I'll leave it at that. Do not use bristle side, lawsuit pending. not sure
