Good for cutting circles. Not suitable for cutting the desired circle.

I bought it because I was looking for a circle cutter that doesn't leave a mark in the middle of my circle (look at you Olfa) and I have no doubt that this thing can cut circles . Take some paper, put your cutter on it, set the radius and get to work. It couldn't be easier. However, if you want to cut a circle around a shape or cut a circle at a specific location, forget it. The plastic center marks are utterly useless as they are about half an inch above the surface to be cut.
