I wasn't expecting nine dollar high quality shoes but the stitching is torn and the insole of the sole came off and after my son wore them everything was wrinkled and a total of two hours sticky under those shoes. TWO HOURS! He was on level ground playing at the water park. don't climb. Learn from my mistake: spend the extra ten dollars and find another pair of shoes. UPDATE: We got through this and used them for the rest of the summer. Order a tube of superglue along with the shoes and you'll be fine - I glued the insole into the shoe and also glued the diverging seam. The glue lasted the remaining 2 months with twice a week application. I was obviously disappointed that I had to repair new shoes after one use, but once repaired they did their job and otherwise my son was happy with the shoes.
