I love how easy it was for me as an individual user (and not part of our organization)to create my own content using MailChimp templates! It makes creating emails so much easier than having someone else do all this work - plus you can preview your email before sending out too which saves time in case anything needs changing or adding afterwards. The interface could be simplified but other then looking at font sizes etc., everything looks great once openended up & running through system has become second nature now-a days! My only dislike would have been if there had just being some more options when setting template parameters such us choosing whether we want BCCs included within each recipient list / folder/ subfolder ect..etc.
