This splitter works exactly as you would expect. I've had issues in the past with other splitters that were very sensitive to the order in which devices were plugged in and powered on. With this splitter there are no such problems. I use it in a class and have multiple monitors connected to the same device. I don't always use all monitors and sometimes turn one on or off during a presentation. No matter what I'm doing, the splitter always delivers a synchronized feed to any monitor I have. This is a great device.
