We have a lake house that sits vacant several months of the year. We had a problem with mice coming in during the winter and there was poop all over the house which made the spring cleaning TERRIBLE. We have tried mouse traps along with other products but none of them worked on mice. Grandpa Gus' mint spray is amazing! We spray baseboards when we leave the house every few months or so and haven't had any problems since using it. It has a strong odor throughout the day, so it's best to use it and then leave the house. I am so excited about this product that I have recommended it to several people.
