I wasn't expecting much from this chair. I am a plus size beautician and needed a chair that could do all my services. This chair serves its purpose perfectly. I like 8 wheels. This makes it easy to move. Also for my best friends. This chair is easy on your back! I will never work in a backless chair ever again in my life! The up and down movement is very smooth. I'm in love! It was easy to assemble. Literally 5 minutes. If any. Edit * After sewing on a client and 1 hour of work I was dying! The seat is certainly not comfortable. Appreciate the back support but butt hurts! RETURN!
