I bought this monitor for my wife who loves working with her photos. I wanted her to be able to use a touchscreen and mouse combination to navigate her programs. THAT DOES NOT WORK! The touch monitor works on my computer but not on hers. I have upgraded the motherboard, memory and operating system of your PC. It has Windows 7 Pro, 4 cores 3.1 and 16 GB DDR3 memory. Our PC settings give their system the same brand of motherboards and processors, memory. The monitor is just that. There is no touchscreen. Support couldn't find the cause and thought it was a working device since it works on my PC. This is for my wife, not for me. BEWARE of this touchscreen. It has a great look and a great picture. This may or may not work. Perhaps a custom PC instead of branded blocks will affect the PC's ability to recognize the touchscreen as more than one monitor.
