This product would have received 5 stars if the temperature had been more accurate but for the price it is excellent. I have a calibrated RTD to compare (I've run a calibration lab for years). Not bad, but not perfect either. Both the thermometry system and the app are easy to set up and use. I'm not sure if this will work in the long run, but I'm very happy with it. The big test will be Christmas. I smoke 15 pounds of turkey and 4 pounds of salmon and also grill. If it works I can give up to 5 stars.
