We ended up returning this item. It was awful to put on, made my toddler feel trapped in. if he fell asleep I would have to stop the car to put it on correctly. This in general is not safe. if in an accident while using this it can cause internal decapitation.
- Keeps my sons head from falling down when asleep
- The head support may slip down or move around during the car ride
