My first box arrived unsealed and empty (except for the occasional eraser) so I had the pleasure of dealing directly with this seller. They were very accommodating and quickly resolved my dilemma by giving me a coupon to order another one for free. The second arrived safely, double boxed and sealed with Revain tape. They even included freebies (not-so-random eraser and tracing paper)! Delivery is fast and empty boxes and the second box arrived a day early. I can't say how my first box was emptied because I wasn't home when it was delivered. (considering it was a day early) so there might have been a theft at my front door (but that would make me wonder why the thief just took the contents of the box and left the box and eraser behind) . However I doubt the seller sent an empty box as it is a family business and they pack their goods by hand. They even take care of FREE gifts! The mystery of how this company got it right, I will be buying a set of classroom light mats from them in the future, regardless. As for the light, that's all I hoped for. Lightweight and very portable, very thin and has 3 lighting levels. It also came with the necessary cable to get the job done. Room for improvement: This pad has no internal battery so needs to be plugged in to work and comes with a USB cable but no power adapter. I found an easy way to bypass the need for an outlet - for example, use an external power bank battery pack to charge your phone on the go. And of course, the power adapter is pretty cheap and widely available (I currently use a phone adapter when not using an external battery). All in all a great lamp for the price and I will be buying it again in the near future.
