How do you actually measure the effectiveness of a dietary supplement without doing a double-blind study? I've been using this for about a week and I think it might help with muscle mass but what can I compare it to? All I can tell you for sure is that it hasn't had any ill effects and the ingredients it contains have been shown in some studies to promote muscle growth. Draw your own conclusions.
