Exactly what I was looking for
I bought this for my electric scooter and it's exactly what I wanted. I had tried the 2L size but it wasn't as big as I wanted. The velcro ties fasten and hold well to the stem and handlebars (for secure double protection). The only thing I didn't particularly like was the Wildman logo, so I covered it up with yellow reflective duck tape (dual benefit of visibility to approaching traffic.
