I ordered two; Both arrived without the key part.
The first came without the spring that holds the camera grip. This is a replacement that was dispatched two days later and arrived without the same part. In both cases it turned out to be a production oversight, leading me to believe that there is no quality control at the factory. If you grab something and just open your jaws, you should know that's not right. I have received other Adonit products and they have been fine. This is a real disappointment.
