First, why is it black? I was expecting a dark amber color - I've used all Gigi waxes before and this one confuses me - it smells like burnt plastic. I bought this from a beauty supply chain and it's NOT ANYTHING - I don't know - it doesn't work either - like someone put balls of wax in a container and called it Gigi - any lawsuit? Don't know maybe I'm trippin! Probably not - can't return it I think because I opened it - probably shouldn't even have opened it because it was all crazy packed and caked all over the lid and container - threw it away anyway, what a money - and waste of time - Sooooo disappointed
