, I wish there was a guide to this because I just didn't understand how to use it properly. There was also some kind of wire and I didn't know how to use it either. I really can't recommend this to anyone until they start adding instructions. I got it after seeing someone use it in a YouTube video and thought I could just repeat what she did. Surprisingly, I couldn't make it as smooth as her. So I just returned this product and bought a basic craft and barrel cheese cutter instead and to my surprise it was actually cheaper and cut a lot better. So I would say skip this product.
