NOT BRIGHT ON THE LAMPS AT ALL

I have Xentec LEDs for my hi, low and fog lights. Water kept leaking from the fan on the back, killing her. 3 sets passed. Although they were VERY bright. So I was looking for an IP67 certified LED. These Alla LEDs had good reviews so I bought them. About 1/10 brighter than Xentec. With Xentec, I couldn't distinguish the low beam with fog lights from the high beam. I can't even say they are included. Garbage.
