A few friends/colleagues have similar headphones and they keep asking me to get one and get rid of the stock mic. I was skeptical because I've never been particularly interested in in-ear headphones. I always feel my ear hurts after using them and usually gives me a headache due to the uneven volume. But after using these headphones at 4 or 5 events I can say I'm a convert. I will never go back to a bulky, heavy mic dangling from my uniform! The earbud fits snugly on the inside of my outer ear and sits comfortably in the ear canal. The PTT microphone can be heard very clearly by the people around. I feel like a "normal" person again, who can talk to a colleague and also hear radio messages. Plus, it's so light you'll hardly notice it on your uniform compared to the old mic!
