Review on MyCongregation by Sfl Richardson

The customer service is amazing! I have never had to wait to speak with someone about an issue we've been having as they are all so knowledgeable in their field of expertise it's hard not to be helped right away when you call or chat online! Also love the fact that my Congregations can update photos themselves instead of me doing them weekly which saves time and stress at church during church services! Would like more options such as creating custom text boxes where people could write additional information rather than typing out what should go into those fields each week if possible. Great price point too compared to other solutions our congregation has chosen previously but still allows us to customize many things within these pre-made layouts before uploading each new image/photo per person every Sunday!! Our congregational email list gets updated via this system allowing us to send mass emails whenever needed for events etc. This helps save tons of work by only sending one notification versus several through various methods (email newsletters sent via MailCh.
