The software is not user-friendly, it is difficult and time consuming to set up. The software doesn't support an option to print a confirmation letter. When setting up the software I was not given the option to export the information I entered to an Excel spreadsheet. I have never had to wait to speak with someone about an issue we've been having as they are all so knowledgeable in their field of expertise it's hard not to be helped right away when you call or chat online! The best thing about this program is the fact that it can be used to create your own customized church email newsletters or even church bulletins! The most important thing is its ability to help people find their way around when using this system as it makes navigation so much easier! The best thing about this program is how easy it was to set up! It took less than 10 minutes from start-to finish with no errors or problems at all during setup nor after using several times as an administrator (admin).
