The software is not user-friendly, it is difficult and time consuming to set up. The software doesn't support an option to print a confirmation letter. When setting up the software I was not given the option to export the information I entered to an Excel spreadsheet. We are using the software to send confirmations to people who are renewing their memberships. We are having issues with people who are not renewing their memberships. We are trying to send them a confirmation letter that will encourage them to renew and a reminder letter when the renewal is due. The software does not have the option to send an auto email reminder when the renewal date is near. The product is very easy to use with all of its features which makes it simple to create letterhead documents in minutes! I can't think about any downsides at this time. We had been searching for an affordable solution to help us manage our church database. This program has helped us save money while helping everyone have access to important information regarding their membership status.
