This is a great product for the price but this is a manual reset. When they arrived I immediately noticed a small black button on one end. After the fan was installed, it was connected to an accidentally stuck and disconnected circuit breaker. To my great surprise, it didn't work. I did not install the second one and upon inspection I remembered the small black button. The second had the button just below the surface of the gray case. On the tripped switch he stuck out. When I pushed the button, it clicked and stayed, and the fan started up again. They're very good for the price, but if you need a circuit breaker this won't work.
