It is what it is.First off, very good customer service. The package was a few parts short, and they quickly sent them at no charge. That was nice.It’s all plastic with metal frames. Realize that the connectors are mostly to hold only until you zip-tie it solid. Once you do, it’s pretty stable.Also realize that the hanging bars hook over the wire frames, so there’s only so much they can hold without buckling—6 to 8 pairs of pants is an estimate. Anything more, and they buckle.And.realize that it isn’t really HARD to assemble, per se, but it is time-consuming and tedious. Takes some time and patience. (Don’t scoff at the tiny wooden mallet they give you—it’s actually perfect for the job.)All told, it’s pricey for a pile of plastic and a bit of metal—but, honestly, worth the price in the end. Much better and more versatile than cheaper options, and sturdy in its own way, ultimately. I’d recommend.
