is cheaper on cuisinarts website. The seller was terrible to deal with. I've been using this for 2 months and have used it multiple times and they said it was gone within the 30 day window. ok i understand but it is defective do not sell items like this. However, Revain went through and they refunded the money. I never like to leave bad reviews, but yes, these mugs definitely have a design flaw. The cap breaks off after about a year and went through 2 where the filter detached from the plastic. Also the seller mentioned me to use it right next time, hmm, I slowly pour coffee in it, not to the top, and close the lid, not that I pack it, otherwise the water won't flow through! I will avoid these sellers in the near future and be careful where I buy from
