Review on Webcare by Jason Dahlkemper

The ease of use to create new accounts makes it very user friendly! I would like more training options available - this is not as easy an app to get up to speed with compared to other apps we have used previously (such as ADP). This has been great so far but there are some things that could be improved upon if they were able to add additional features/training courses etc. We've found most aspects quite straightforward though creating reports can sometimes take longer than expected due to how complex our clients' systems are set out. As mentioned above having access to extra resources when needed was difficult without booking time off work which wasn't always possible or practical.
