For someone unfamiliar with protein blends, this blend can be a bit confusing. There aren't many vitamins in it and it's 3/4 full. What gives? Obviously this is typical and you're still getting the promised 25 servings of chocolate protein goodness. Speaking of which, it tastes great. Whey just tastes better, as does their chosen sweetener (sucralose). Unfortunately, sucralose is probably not the healthiest thing to choose before eating it with every meal. And it's not a meal replacement (which would mean a lot more essential vitamins and minerals), but it does provide a healthy amount of calcium (25% DV). This is a nice bonus to basic protein blends. Mix this with a blend of supergreens (preferably with stevia) and almond milk and you're done. I also like to mix MCT powders to give me some energy so I'm not interfering with protein metabolism.
