Review on IST Discover-E by Nathaniel Collins

The ability to use one unified interface across all departments (production/document management). It allows us to perform much more detailed searches than other document repositories that we have used in previous organizations. Some functions are better implemented by third party applications but I think most problems can be resolved with additional customization or workflows created specifically around these particular features within this product's own user community. We solved multiple issues related to searchable content including file retention periods, archival requirements etc., which previously required several different software tools from various vendors along complicated paths just so you could find what was needed easily!
