I don't know if using this product alone will make you feel like a professional cleaning, or if you combine it with flossing and using an oral irrigator, but if you really want that very fresh clean feeling of flossing with regular floss, follow You "pressure flush" the water peak with dental floss, and then that flush is crucial. Note that the taste is unpleasant at first; tastes like chlorinated water and you get a dry mouth feel at first, but it only lasts about 5 minutes and then you're back to normal. Teeth are professionally cleaned! And no stinging like most conditioners because it contains no alcohol.
