I was considering using this product with my Ecovacs window cleaning robot but the third time I used my Ecovacs device it fell out of the window and fell two stories on concrete. This product has the same system. If for any reason the device stops or its suction is removed, it will fall from the window and the safety cord does not guarantee that it will not fall on the floor. Mine did. Ecovacs didn't help much when I contacted them. There are also legal considerations. If someone is hit by the device, the cost will be unforgettable. Hence the advice to use the tried and tested method: a bucket, some water and a window blade with a few drops of dish soap in the water. It's reliable and cheap, and takes about 5 minutes per window.
