Costs money.
The product itself is great but my 1st order arrived and half the markers were destroyed and missing. I contacted Amazon and they didn't help at all. Told me to send them back, refused to give me anything to send them back. I contacted the company and without asking me they sent me a new package and I received it quickly. The markers work great.
