Everything I hoped for. Reliable construction. The top bar hooks have a ratchet so they stay in place when you hit a big hit. A few weeks ago, a bike fell off my old Sportrack of a similar design. The set screw keeps the wheel brackets from slipping off the bar end if you forget to tighten the knob and it comes loose, which happened to me with my old bike mount. The large holes allow you to use a 5ft Krylon cable to attach your rack and bikes. Some people have complained about how hard the plastic is on the top bar hooks. It will likely scratch or wear out.
