Review on πŸ”Œ Soldering Prototype with Stripboard Printed Circuit by Christopher Wiggins

Not right. - Soldering stations

holes too big for anything but heavy resistive wire or something. This means you have to pour solder to fully enclose it around the wire to be soldered, which takes up very little space. This excess heat easily destroys copper. Solder doesn't really stick to copper. even after thorough cleaning. With large holes and small pad area, not much copper needs to be soldered. I like this board, but next time I'll try a different one.

Pros
  • handy
Cons
  • so far so good
