Review on London Fog Womens Breasted Peacoat Women's Clothing ~ Coats, Jackets & Vests by Hester Gaiser

I wear medium clothes and this coat is spot on considering I will be wearing it over sweaters. The sleeves are a bit long but I always wear them. I like the style - a fashionable jacket is combined with a pea coat, not too far apart. It can be casual enough or dressy enough. I'm giving a few stars because I expected a thicker fabric for the price. I have tried two other coats along with this one and both used better fabric (warmer) and were better made for the same or less price. This one arrived with a few creases due to the lighter weight and obviously inferior fabric. However, it won for me because I liked the fit the best and I think this coat shouldn't be very warm for the times I'm wearing it. I hope I don't regret it! To be fair I also tried two other similar coats and they were even lighter and less well tailored. So, in my stack, this one was average quality, but the best cut/fit/style I wanted. Some reviewers found this coat scratchy. It suits me, but not as softly as the other two competitors I mentioned above. Also docking the star because she didn't have a scarf as advertised. It's not a deal breaker for me, not enough to return but I should have got what I ordered.
