I ordered my chair over a month ago. When unpacking, I found that the seat was torn, turned to the seller, they assured me they say "factory marriage, sorry, sorry, send us a photo by mail, we will change everything." Sent, silence in response. I called again and they said they didn't receive any email. While I was in touch with the operator, I sent it again. They confirmed that the letter had arrived, and said that they would send the request to the manufacturer. Then I received a letter stating that the marriage was confirmed and as soon as the part arrives at their warehouse, they will immediately inform me. Since then, a month has passed, of course, no answer, no greetings. I called the only contact number - in response "the subscriber's number is blocked." The chair is not the most expensive, but it cannot be classified as cheap either. Absolutely not worth your money. Big hello to the seller for the "prompt resolution of the problem" and for the switched off phone.
