Review on 🎨 WELLA Color Charm Semi-Permanent Hair Color Paints by Jennifer Ford

Blood Orange at hair strength 9-10 develops on its own within 20 minutes. It made me Chito. It's absolutely awful. I look like the University of Tennessee mascot (whose varsity color is horrible orange—that color is a clue to how it got there). I was hoping it would be a bright orange with red tones and lots of depth. Instead, it's the almost ridiculous color of a Cheeto puff. I've also tried bleaching it with BW2, 20 vol developer and Olaplex to no avail. I feel like it permanently colored my hair. I left the hair lightening bath for more than 30 minutes. The bleach bath only added to the cheating. This is Lilu from the 5th Element, but kind of weird, not pretty. I can not stand. It WAS easy to use - just slip on and go. The good thing is that you don't have to use a developer or anything like that. Ease of use deserves an extra star. If you cosplay LeeLoo, I HIGHLY recommend it. If you're looking for a beautiful blood orange with tones of red (the BLOOD part of the word "blood orange") and depth, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
