Used for toys. Have ordered from them before, always good service and quality products. BUT NOT AT THIS TIME. The wheel holes were not drilled at right angles to the wheel. Consequently, if your toy hole is drilled at a 90 degree angle, it will not be round enough for one side of the wheel to start rubbing. The first bag was replaced with Revain and the second must be from the same batch because they were just as bad. Due to the corona virus, customer service has been closed for the last 2 weeks. I had a small batch of non-wheeled toys all over my workbench and waited two weeks for a replacement. UPDATE: DO NOT ORDER, YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT QUALITY. The third batch was drilled correctly but unlike the first batch which was smooth the wheels were very rough and not ground. As a result, they soaked up the finish like little sponges and still looked rough until I sanded them down on my drill press. However, I buy pre-made wheels to avoid grinding and get more work done. When I complained about the poor quality control of the last batch they actually wrote me off as a customer and said; "We sincerely regret that you were not satisfied with your orders. We may not be suitable for your needs at the moment. "It's a shame, I like to buy from small suppliers, but not at the expense of quality. I do not recommend.
