Perfect, comfortable - THE ONLY ONE! I HATE hats, but I'm on chemo right now. I have wigs for work and going out in public, but I've bought a lot of "headwear" to wear at home. I never wear them - they don't fit and aren't comfortable! I put it on when it arrived and didn't take it off! I came back and ordered a different color! I have to put on a large cuff for it to fit like a "cap" - so I think it's a bit big (I ordered a "women's size"). It's snug but not tight - I believe it's 100% silk with no spandex so it doesn't pinch. It's still on my mind as I type this said Nuff! If you need a cap to hide your chemo stubble and stay comfortable, this cap is worth a few bucks more.
