Review on 🚦 Feniex 4200 Mini Controller by Industries by David Caldwell

The controller works fine. Feedback for Fenex. Called about a technical issue and the guy on the phone answered Phoenix but had no idea this company was even selling. I had a simple question which led to a 15 minute pointless gathering of information and a promise to call back with a simple answer. Two days have passed and no call. I understood the question, but do you outsource technical support? Of course it seems so. There is no way to contact them without first contacting customer service, and there is no way to post a comment or review without asking customer service first. They seem to care little about the end user.
