Seems as good as BSN Amino X Recovery

I've never heard of or tried Gym Molly products and I can't find almost any information about them other than a bunch of scantily clad links " Gym Molly Babes". However, their products are available from Kroger and Vitacost, which leads me to believe that at least someone has tested them. Their social media presence looks like they depend heavily on fitness models who pay to keep their products in jars and get consumers excited about their brand. That being said, I tried their powst workout for two months as part of my running regimen. I've used it after every hard run or 10+ mile workout. I used it in place of my regular post workout product (BSN Amino X Muscle Recovery & Endurance Powder with BCAAs). The ingredients list is very similar to the BSN product and I love that the recovery drink is made up mostly of B vitamins + BCAAs rather than relying on a lot of sugar like other products. Only 35 calories per serving means I don't have to worry about making up for a workout I've just completed and a calorie deficit with a bunch of "empty" calories. I also love that it's caffeine free since I get so much caffeine in my pre-workout drink. The taste is quite good and above average for a training drink. I couldn't immediately comment on how well it works as a recovery drink, but I've found that after endurance training (15+ miles) I no longer need to nap and don't have any issues with sore muscles the next day at all. unless I'm having a particularly strenuous workout or using a muscle group I haven't used recently. Overall I'd say it performs on par with the BSN formula.
