Disappointed best in sports

Firstly there is a lot of space in this product which I like and it's pretty easy to assemble! With that in mind, I wish I could have written a better review. The packaging or the design is terrible, the left side of the bag was folded inwards to the tire so I adjusted the trunk before the ride but after 2 rides it started rubbing on the spokes! I commute to work at night and have to stop and carry my bag 4 miles to avoid further damage. I only wear a pair of shoes, work trousers and a work shirt. Unbelievable.
