I like how easy it is to use their software compared with other ones out there that require more information which makes them less user friendly as well! Their customer service support team are also really helpful when ever they can be contacted via email whenever you need help regarding anything related about this app/software etc..

They have an application for android phones too but i don't think anyone uses those applications anymore because of its lackings since most people nowadays prefer using computers over smartphones so no complaints here though :) Just make sure your computer has internet connection otherwise won’t work smoothly at first time until after couple days usage then things will get better just keep trying till everything works fine :). Easy booking process from anywhere without having any worries whether someone else booked same room before me especially if one book online through comfyoverservice website while another books directly thru hotel itself (through phone reservation) sometimes.
